The service

Rooms that ring the till

A shop is a machine with really good lighting. We study your customer journey — the pause at the window, the queue’s patience, the table that turns fastest — and design backwards from the behaviours that pay the rent.

Then we make it photogenic on purpose: one signature backdrop, honest materials that survive mops and heels, and a lighting scene for day trade that warms up for the evening. Openings are choreographed around your lease, often with overnight fit-outs for the final week.

Retail FAQs

We have a lease deadline. Can you hit it?

Probably — retail deadlines are our home turf. Tell us the must-open date at the first call and we’ll plan backwards from it, including overnight work for the final fit-out week.

Do you design the branding too?

We design the spatial brand: signage placement, menu legibility, window rhythm. For logos and packaging we partner with two graphic studios we’ll happily introduce.

How do you choose durable materials?

We specify for mops, heels, coffee and sunlight — then give you a maintenance schedule with real costs. The prettiest material that fails in year two is the most expensive one.

Can you refresh without closing us?

Yes. Cosmetic refreshes run overnight and on dark days; structural weeks get phased so you keep trading from part of the floor.

Opening soon? The best time to call a designer was before you signed.
